Addo / Kirkwood Area – Eastern Cape: Our client seeks to add a manager to their team
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ previous experience with citrus farming
- Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
- Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
- Administrative and management experience
- TECHNICALLY strong
- People management experience
Responsibilities and competencies, including but not limited to:
- Effective workforce management, coordination and development
- Management of diseases and pests
- Water management and pruning of trees
- Establish new orchards
- Maintain records and documentation
- Practical maintenance
