āWhen challenges come, for me itās opportunity to grow,ā he says.

A journey of lifelong learning
As John Deereās new business development manager, De Wee is able to drive the kind of change he wants to see. He also credits John Deere’s encouragement for his lifelong learning journey.
āI always see myself in the development space where I want to help farmers. Agriculture is a difficult journey for us, I want to make it easier [for them]. I want to warn farmers and say ādo not do this, because it might get difficultā, or ‘this is the faster way to success’.ā
