Hey Mzansi, welcome to indaba week!

We’ll start with a reminder for you to save the date for day 3 of the indaba where attendees will witness a media roundtable regarding food security and climate change in Africa.

On Tuesday, there is a livestock auction in KwaZulu-Natal, and get ready for the Diemersfontein country market in the Western Cape.

The Mzansi Young Farmers Indaba is back, and the 2024 edition is bigger, bolder and better than ever before. Join us in Pretoria North from Thursday, 4 to Saturday, 6 April for Africa’s most prominent gathering of young farmers and agripreneurs.

Presented by Food For Mzansi, this three-day event promises an exhilarating line-up of South Africa’s foremost young agricultural minds, with no less than 50 agriculture-related exhibitions and six masterclasses.

To find exclusive opportunities in the agri sector, subscribe to our weekly Farmer’s Inside Track newsletter.

THE NEW FACE OF SOUTH AFRICAN AGRICULTURE

With 21 global awards in the first six years of its existence, Food For Mzansi is much more than an agriculture publication. It is a movement, unashamedly saluting the unsung heroes of South African agriculture. We believe in the power of agriculture to promote nation building and social cohesion by telling stories that are often overlooked by broader society.
