Wednesday also offers a dried fruit industry webinar with the Gauteng department of agriculture and the National Agricultural Marketing Council. Thursday and Friday it’s all about livestock auctions.

Book a session on agri-financial literacy
Secure your spot now and attend the agri-financial literacy workshop happening on Wednesday, 14 February. The seminar is in collaboration with EVDW, a specialist advisory service. The agricultural vendor operation portal aims to make farmers financially literate by providing the knowledge and application of various financial skills to farmers.
It is meant to empower, uplift and equip farmers to understand better financial principles, and the functioning of the financial offerings of the financial institutions and teach them successful strategies regarding the management and marketing of their produce. The event starts at 09:00 am and costs R1 750.

Webinar on SA dried fruit industry
You are invited to the dried fruit and raisins trade awareness webinar hosted by the Gauteng department of agriculture land reform and rural development and the National Agricultural Marketing Council (NAMC). A variety of speakers will be present, including representatives from Hortgro, Raisins South Africa, the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) and the department of trade, industry and competition.

Cattle and sheep on sale
Vleissentral invites you to a breeding livestock auction. On sale will be cattle and sheep.
The livestock auction takes place in Stormhoek, Memel in the Free State.

More livestock on auction
On Friday there will be a couple of livestock auctions offering cattle, goats, sheep, and event games.
