Thabang Legoabe’s idea to start his line of skincare products originated from his own skin issues. But instead of browsing the endless and often confusing aisles of beauty stores and supermarkets, this skincare fanatic took matters into his own hands and founded Paledi Skincare Solution, a CBD skincare company.
In an article published on Health For Mzansi, Legoabe from Mamelodi in Pretoria shares how his battle with combination skin became a solution for many with similar issues.
“I have got a very complicated skin. My face is oily but when it comes to the rest of my body, it tends to dry out quickly, even after applying lotion, my skin dries out quickly,” Legoabe says.
Moringa and CBD
Paledi Skincare Solution prides itself in using moringa and CBD oil as its main ingredients.
“Moringa contains over 30 antioxidants that works great for your skin, while CBD helps with retaining moisture in the skin, as well as encouraging skin to repair any damage caused by scarring from pimples.”
His skincare company offers body butters, lotions, shower melts, bath bombs, skin serums and liquid soap, which are all Cosmos-approved approved.
Take care of your skin
In the article, he also unpacks why skincare to men is still considered a “feminine topic” and why it’s important to take care of yourself and your skin.
“You need to take good care of yourself. When you look good, you feel good. I am in my mid-40s and I sometimes look at my peers and their skin. It is like they are old people yet they are still young.”
