Calling all livestock buyers in Mpumalanga. On Monday, BKB North in Ermelo invites you to a livestock auction, followed by preps for a Dorper Sale on Tuesday.
As always, remember to set your reminder for this week’s Gather To Grow Instagram Live session brought to you by Food For Mzansi on Wednesday. And, on Thursday, we all head down to KwaZulu-Natal for an Agri 5 Expo in Pietermaritzburg.
Friday is our big day, packed with three cool events. First, we have a networking event in Bethlehem, Free State; a camp and farmer’s day In Tshwane, Gauteng; and lastly, a Food For Mzansi farmers’ day in Kuruman, Northern Cape.

Badplaas livestock sale
All types of livestock are welcome!
Conditions of sale:
- Only card, cash, or immediate electronic payments on the day of sale
- 1% Handling fee on cash payments.
- Electronic transfer facilities.
- Fica documentation with the registration process. All goods will be sold at a reserve price and the right exists to bid by or on behalf of the owner or auctioneer.

International Dorper & white Dorper sale
The International Dorper- & white Dorper sale will take place on Wednesday, 1 November and Thursday, 2 November 2023, at the Upington Showgrounds and on the CDP Digital platform.
The ewe sale will be held on the 1st of November from 18:00 & the ram sale will be held on the 2nd of November from 10:00.
Time: 1 November at 18:00 until 2 November at 14:00

1st Annual Farm Camp and Livestock Farmers’ Day
Tshwane CPA in collaboration with Agri-Merge will be hosting the very first farm camp and livestock farmers day. Prices for the farm camp range between R1 300 and R7 000, while prices for the farmer’s day range between R150 to R500.
