Happy Youth Day!
South Africans are celebrating Youth Day, but there is no rest for our busy farmers. We start the week by saving a date for the South African Society for Agricultural Extension Conference, followed by the Ithaba Bank webinar for farmers in KwaZulu-Natal.
If you are keen to learn more about finances in the livestock industry, the Red Meat Industry Services (RMIS) will have another webinar on the topic.
Amid all the animal diseases threatening the country’s food production, Agri Skills Transfer will have a biosecurity course to teach farmers how to handle the outbreaks. The institution will also have a sheep course; this is an ideal opportunity to learn all you need to know about the commodity.
