This week’s agri calendar is worth a happy dance. Hey Mzansi! Clear your diary because this week features a few noteworthy events. On Monday it is all about shiraz and venison at a Paarl wine farm. Tuesday offers an online dairy industry event on biofilms, and Wednesday another on cutting fertiliser costs in Mzansi.

Heading over to Thursday, the Farmers For Agricultural Research in Africa is inviting you to talk soil with them, while Friday will see farmers flock to an auction house in Mpumalanga.

Biofilms in dairy industry

Biofilms in the dairy processing industry are a big concern, since they threaten the quality and safety of dairy products. The growth of bacterial biofilms is the primary reason for microbial contamination of milk and other dairy products, and the effective monitoring for biofilms remains an ongoing challenge.

Food-focus is inviting you to an information packed discussion on biofilms. Make sure you register for this webinar.
