Deboned and stuffed lamb shoulder

Give your summer recipes a tasty twist with this must-try deboned and stuffed lamb shoulder. Culinary creativity is the secret sauce here, as the shoulder gets a makeover with pearl barley, sundried tomatoes, feta, and fresh herbs all snugly rolled inside.

Marina Fourie, the wizard behind the curtain at Beef and Lamb SA, spills the beans.

“The deboned lamb shoulder is stuffed with pearl barley, sundried tomatoes, feta, fresh herbs, and rolled. It is prepared using the slow roasting method and served with spinach and lentils,” said Fourie, who is the project and brand manager at Beef and Lamb SA.
