Nothing gives you more pleasure than biting into a piece of juicy, and succulent chicken wing. So, try Eastern Cape foodie Vuyelwa Makile’s crispy crunchy chicken wings recipe.

Makile is the owner of a catering business called L&O Food and Braai.

As you grab the first bite of her chicken wings, the crispy chicken cracks audibly and reveals a juicy wing twice as flavourful as the crust. You will get a hit of the aromatic herbs and enjoy mouthfuls of crispy juicy goodness. What a winter’s dream.

Makile’s crispy chicken wings is perfect to enjoy as a snack. You can also use thighs and drumsticks and add some sides to make it a full meal.

And it’s so easy to make!
