Women in farming programme objectives
In this episode of the Farmer’s Inside Track, we chat with Momentum Metropolitan about their agricultural developmental efforts in collaboration with Agri Enterprises. Nkosinathi Mahlangu, youth employment portfolio head at Momentum Metropolitan, kicks off the conversation with an overview of the women in farming programmes and their objectives.
“This is our second year and our objective is to help stimulate and encourage entrepreneurs, especially females,” he says. “The women in farming initiative was our entrepreneurial programme where we said we want to make an impact in areas where we can also bridge the gender gap.”
