This week’s agricultural events include saving the date for two important events for Food For Mzansi, a planting season workshop, a livestock auction, and a potato production course. To include your event on the Food For Mzansi calendar, please email info@foodformzansi.co.za.


Dumelang Mzansi!

We start our week by saving the date for the Food For Mzansi’s Climate Change summit event, and the broiler production training session. The African Farmers Association of South Africa (Afasa) in the Free State will continue their planting season workshops.

Next is a livestock auction and we conclude the week with a potato course from Stellenbosch University for those who want to get into the industry.

Food For Mzansi Climate Change Summit

Afasa Farmers’ Day

The African Farmers Association in South Africa in the Free State has embarked on a series of farmers’ days on several topics. On this day, the topic will be “planting and season readiness”, with advice for farmers immersed with information from experts.
