Ministers Thoko Didiza and Ebrahim Patel are currently announcing details of the much-anticipated blended finance programme for black farmers. In new format, the Agri-Industrial Fund promises a mixture of grants and commercial funding. The programme is in partnership with the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC).
