Dumelang farmers

Food For Mzansi will host a series of farmers’ days across the country. The farmers’ days are aimed at equipping farmers with knowledge, skills, and information transfer. It is also an opportunity to bring decision makers and funders closer to rural farming communities.

The next farmers’ day will be in Bela Bela, Limpopo, on 20 May, and in Cullinan, Gauteng, on 22 May. Mpumalanga will follow on 10 June.

Bio360 event

The event will bring together over 60 exhibitors and more than 1 000 participants from 25 different countries, connecting producers, technology providers, policymakers, and investors from across Africa and internationally.

This is not a first-time initiative, but the extension of over 20 years of experience in delivering leading bioenergy events globally. As the organiser of Bio360 Europe, a reference event for the bioenergy and bio-economy sector bringing together more than 400 exhibitors and 5 000 participants annually, BEES now introduces this proven platform to the African market.

THE NEW FACE OF SOUTH AFRICAN AGRICULTURE

With 21 global awards in the first six years of its existence, Food For Mzansi is much more than an agriculture publication. It is a movement, unashamedly saluting the unsung heroes of South African agriculture. We believe in the power of agriculture to promote nation building and social cohesion by telling stories that are often overlooked by broader society.
