Owayekade engu-teller ebhange futhi manje osenebhizinisi lokudla, uNkk Metjie Shongwe, usicobelela ngerisiphi yakhe engambi eqolo yokupheka amanqina engulube. Amanqina engulube adle ngokunona nangesikhumba esiqinile, ngakho ukuwapheka kuthatha isikhathi eside.

Kungathatha isikhathi eside ukuwapheka kodwa awusikhaleli isikhathi owalinda sona uma usuwadla econsisa amathe.

Amaresiphi akhe angambi eqolo awabhala ekhasini lakhe lika-Facebook asebonwe yizinkulungwane zabantu. Iningi labalandeli bakhe aliwuvali umlomo nge-atchar ne-chilli sauce.

Ngokwabelana ngamaresiphi aziwayo futhi alula, uNkk Shongwe uhlose ukugqugquzela labo bantu abangenayo imali etheni. “Into engiyifisayo nje wukugqugquzela abantu besifazane abangakwazi ukupheka noma abangenayo imali yezithako ezibizayo, ngakho sisebenzisa esinakho ukuze senze into emangalisayo. Ikhasi lami lisanda kufinyelela kubantu abangu-100 000.”

Lokhu kudla okumnandi futhi okulula kungajabulisa umndeni wakho nabangani.

Ingredients

  • 500g wamanqina engulube
  • Usawoti
  • 15ml we-turmeric
  • 4 tbsp ze-tomato paste
  • Uhhafu ka-anyanisi oqotshiwe
  • 15ml ka-breyani masala
  • 500ml wamanzi
  • 45ml we-thick soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons zamafutha
  • 60ml we-paprika
  • 3 tbsp we-spring onion, oqotshiwe

Instructions

Indlela yokupheka

  1. Faka amanqina emanzini abandayo, ufake nosawoti bese uyawapheka amahora amathathu aze athambe.
  2. Yengeza nge-soy sauce, i-breyani masala, i-paprika, i-turmeric, i-tomato paste, u-anyanisi, i-spring onion, amafutha ne-ground pepper.
  3. Qhubeka uwapheke eminye imizuzu engu-20 bese uyadla.
