Iresipi yokwenza amaphiko enkuku akramkram kaMakile

Amaphiko enkuku kaVuyelwa Makile akramkram kamnandi anetyiwa, kunye nenyama ethambileyo ngaphakathi kuwo.

Akukho nto ikunika ulonwabo kakhulu njengokuluma iqatha lephiko lenkuku elivuzisa izinkcwe, nelinencindi. Ngoko ke, zama iresipi yamaphiko enkuku akramkram yomthandi wezodlo waseMpuma Koloni onguVuyelwa Makile. 

UMakile ngumninishishini elilungiselela izidlo elibizwa ukuba yiL&O Food and Braai.

Njengoko ufumana ufumana umthamo wokuqala wamaphiko enkuku yakhe, inkuku ekramkram ikrumzeka ngokuvakalayo ibonise iphiko elinencindi nencasa efana neyokhoko. Uya kufumana ukuhlaselwa zizithako uxhamle umthamo ozeleyo wobumnandi obunencindi ekramkram. Elinjani lona iphupha ngexesha lasebusika.

Ingredients

  • 1.5kg yamaphiko
  • 3 amacephe egalikhi enqunqiweyo
  • 1 itispuni lomgubo wepepile ebomvu
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 amacephe epaprika
  • 4 amacephe eoyile esuka kwiimbewu eziziinkozo ezikroqiweyo zesesame
  • 4 amacephe eviniga
  • 2 amacephe epepile emnyama, ukuncasXuba izithako zokumarineyida ye esityeni, wandule ukumarineyithada amaphiko ubuncinane bemizuzu engama30.
  • Xuba izithako zokuqhuqha (amaqanda neflawa) uwaphuqele kwiflawa amaphiko ade agqumeke kakuhle.
  • Waqhotse ngokuphindwe kabini kwioyile ebushushu buphakathi ade abe bubhrawuni bugolide yaye abe kramkram.
  • Wasuse uwabekele bucala phambi kokuba uwaphake
  • Waphake eshushu
