Greeting farmers

A new month beckons, and with that, we enter the last six months of the year.

Food For Mzansi, together with Overberg Suid Kaap, will have a farmworkers’ day to equip workers with knowledge and skills to better themselves in their line of duty. The farmworkers’ day will take place on 22 September in Bredasdorp Park, and on 23 September in Rondebloem.

Plant Production Course

Royal Agri Show

A premier showcase of South African agriculture, the Royal Agricultural Show features livestock exhibitions, crop displays, farm machinery, and live demonstrations. Networking opportunities connect producers, suppliers, and policymakers across the agricultural sector.

Wednesday 01 July

Agri Eastern Cape Congress

Agri EC hosts an Annual Congress, which is the principal event on its calendar. This two-day congress typically takes place in early August each year, historically around 6 – 7 August, and brings together leaders of organised agriculture, delegates from affiliated agricultural associations, corporate members, and speakers from farming, agribusiness, finance, and related sectors.
