Are you ready to scale your agribusiness globally? SIAL Paris is much more than a traditional trade show; it is the ultimate global catalyst for food sector transformation and innovation, set to take place at the Paris Nord Villepinte, France, from 17 to 21 October 2026.

Bringing together international brands, suppliers, decision-makers, and entrepreneurs, SIAL Paris is where the entire food community accesses strategic insights, high-impact business connections, and cutting-edge trends to shape the future of sustainable food.

The modern food industry player is no longer simply managing regional supply chains; they are navigating severe market mutations that demand agility, environmental responsibility, and forward-thinking innovation. As the sector seeks to solve major societal challenges while capturing commercial growth, SIAL Paris 2026 arrives as an indispensable accelerator for business.

To understand the immense scale of this year’s mission, the event is set to be the world’s largest innovation hub, packed with exciting discoveries designed to fuel your next big industry wins. Featuring 650 startups and an astonishing 400 000 products to explore, the exhibition will transform into the most influential cross-continental platform for trade.

SIAL Paris is not a passive marketplace; it is an active forum where buyers, importers, and retailers can source products, discover fresh consumer trends, meet the right business partners, and collectively rise to the challenges facing the industry over five focused days.

A global network of food innovation

The foundational strength of the event lies in its deep, 60-year heritage of empowering food sector players to make highly informed commercial choices. Since its inception, SIAL Paris has been committed to supporting the growth of local and international food businesses by scaling its reach far beyond France.

This vision led to the creation of the SIAL Network, a global web of food industry trade shows that now includes major hubs worldwide. This includes Sial China in Shanghai, Asia’s largest food innovation trade show; Sial Canada alternating between Montreal and Toronto; Djazagro in Algeria; and specialised events in Jakarta, New Delhi, Mumbai, Shenzhen, and Malaysia.

Most recently, the footprint expanded even further with the establishment of SIAL Vietnam, co-located with Vietnam Foodexpo, anchoring the brand as an essential hub for global food supply and demand.

A massive draw for attendees within this network is the ability to scout revolutionary concepts before they hit mainstream markets. In 1996, the event launched the SIAL Innovation competition, a dedicated platform that has spent decades showcasing historic industry firsts.

Past editions have consistently spotlighted products that completely redefined consumer habits – from vacuum-sealed meat packaging in the 1980s to early shifts toward plant-based alternatives, home mushroom-cultivation kits, and seaweed spaghetti.

Strategic insight meets future food trends

While the primary exhibition floor provides unparalleled sourcing opportunities, the specialised feature zones ensure delegates can thoroughly decode the upcoming shifts in global consumer habits.

Get ahead of the game by exploring the dedicated spaces integrated into the 2026 programming:

  • SIAL startups: A bustling hub featuring 650 innovative startups ready to disrupt the market.
  • SIAL insights: A comprehensive presentation of core food trends, delivering deep perspectives through a white paper co-created with industry partners ProtéinesXTC, Circana, and Kantar.
  • SIAL taste: A relaxed, interactive environment designed to let visitors sample the innovative flavours of selected products from the SIAL Innovation showcase.
  • SIAL summits: A unique conference format going beyond simple inspiration to tackle crucial perspectives and innovative angles shaping the industry.
  • SIAL for change and jobs: Dedicated initiatives celebrating corporate commitments to sustainability and connecting companies with specialised industry talent to facilitate recruitment.

How to secure your spot

The overarching goal of SIAL Paris 2026 is to stimulate deep reflection, build commercial bridges, and celebrate the boldness of craftsmanship.

By integrating strategic business matchmaking with a sharp vision of tomorrow’s market mutations, this edition elevates the debate and provides a premium launchpad to maximise your commercial visibility on a global scale.
