Umpheki wasePitoli uNksz uKamogelo Maleka usipha iresiphi yakhe yokupheka isitshulu esehla esiphundu samacimbi iMopani. Isithombe: Sithunyelwe/Food For Mzansi

Umnikazi wenkampani yokudla ezinze ePitoli, i-Obsession, usipha iresiphi yakhe yokupheka isitshulu samacimbi iMopani.

Ngaphambi kokuthi uNksz Maleka afikelwe wumqondo wokuvula ibhizinisi lakhe lokudla, konke akwaziyo ngokupheka wakundiswa wudadewabo ekhaya eDennilton, eMpumalanga.

Emva kwezinsuku ezimbili eqalile ukufunda, wakhipha unyawo epheka iklabishi nepapa, waphenduka umpheki ohamba phambili emndenini wakhe.

Uzihlanganisa kanjani izinto azithandayo

Emva kokuphothula uMatikuletsheni e-Edward Phatudi Comprehensive School ngo-2014, usebenze eVirgin Active Kids Gym (iClub-V) ngoba wayazi ukuthi angathanda ukusebenza nezingane. Ngo-2018 uNksz Maleka wafaka isicelo sokufundela ukuba wuthisha ogxile kuGrade R kuya kuGrade 3 e-University of South Africa.

“Eqinisweni ngangingazi ukuthi ngithanda ukwenzani kwaze kwaba ngithola ithuba lokusebenza nezingane eClub-V, yilapho uthando lwami lwezingane lwakhula khona. Ngakukhetha ngoba ngabona ukuthi ukuba nazo kuyangijabulisa.”

Ebuzwa ukuthi ukuhlanganisa kanjani ukufundisa nothando lwakhe lokudla, uNksz Maleka uthe: “Kuyakhathaza kwesinye isikhathi ikakhulukazi ngoba ngiyafunda ngibe ngisebenza. Izinto eziningi kufanele ngizenzele mina. Kodwa kumnandi ngoba ngifunda izinto ezintsha ngoba ngazi ngezinto ezintsha zonke izinsuku njengoba ngifunda.”

Ukuhlanganisa uthando lwakhe lokudla nezingane, uNksz Maleka uhlela ukufundisa izingane ngokudla okunempilo.

“Ukwazi ngokudla kuzokwenza kube lula kimina ukufundisa izingane zami ngokudla okunempilo. Ngizobafundisa ngezinhlobo zokudla ezihlukene.”

Pheka iMopani worms ngeresiphi kaNksz Maleka

Ukufunda izinto ezintsha ngaphakathi nangaphandle kwasekhishini kuyamgqugquzela uNksz Maleka. Kanti uma engadlali ibhola lomnqakiswano nabangani bakhe, uNksz Maleka usuke ematasa ehlanganisa iresiphi entsha. Uhlale eyilungele inselelo ekhishini kanti kulokhu uzame okunye ukudla okuthandwayo eMzansi amacimbi iMopani.

Ingredients

  • Inkomishi eyodwa yamacimbi imopani
  • Otamatisi abawu-3 (ababili abaqotshiwe nowodwa ogreytiwe)
  • U-anyanisi owodwa
  • Ama-teaspoon awu-3 e-olive oil
  • I-teaspoon elilodwa likashukela
  • Usawoti
  • Amanzi awu-1/3 wenkomishi

Instructions

Cwilisa amacimbi imopani emanzini amahora amathathu. Cwenga amanzi bese uwabeka eceleni.

Shisa u-anyanisi epanini uze uthambe bese ufaka wonke utamatisi.

Faka ushukela nesawoti bese ukupheka imizuzu emihlanu ngomlilo ongashisi kakhulu.
