Calling all farmers, agricultural enthusiasts, and industry trailblazers! Registration has opened for Food For Mzansi’s nine provincial farmers’ days – a series of events set to transform your approach to farming and agribusiness.
Embarking on a nationwide journey, the initiative is geared towards facilitating the exchange of knowledge and fostering opportunities within the agricultural sector. This roadshow is poised to create a robust platform where attendees can connect, engage in enriching learning experiences, and collaboratively shape the future of farming and agribusiness.
Co-founder and editor-in-chief of Food For Mzansi, Ivor Price, expressed his excitement about the upcoming events, saying, “Farmers’ Days have become a crucial part of the agricultural calendar. These gatherings, proudly presented in partnership with Youth in Agriculture and Rural Development (Yard), are about celebrating the resilience of our farming community, while also exploring innovative solutions that drive the industry forward.”
North West cattle farmer and Yard’s national convenor, Ipeleng Kwadi, says, “Partnering with Food For Mzansi for the upcoming Farmers’ Days is an exciting prospect. The response from fellow farmers has been nothing short of remarkable. Each provincial event is hosted by a dynamic farmer affiliated to Yard.”
