Usaziwayo kwezezidlo owazalelwa eBotswana uNaledi Toona ulungisa isidlo esisesona sithandwa ngawo onke amaxesha – ezivuzisa izinkcwe, nezinandiphekayo iimithibholi. Akuphelelanga nje ukuba ezi zidlo zibunyama zincamise ngencasa nokuhluthisa, kodwa kuthatha kuphela amanyathelo amathandathu ukuzilungiselela.

Ishefu uNaledi Toona ukunika izifundo zokupheka zabucala uthe zava kwikhaya lakho, yaye wabelana ngeeresipi nebali ngezidlo zakhe ngokuthi angene kumakhasi onxibelelelwano oluntu. Zininzi iimfihlo zokulungiselela iimithibholi ezisulungekileyo, kodwa ngokubhekisele kwishefu enguNaledi Toona konke kuxhomekeke kwizinongo. UToona umisela umgangatho ophezulu kuyo nayiphi na into ayenzayo, yaye uthi isiveliso esitsha sibalulekile kwiresipi yakhe yeemithibholi ezivuzisa amathe nezinandiphekayo. Ngaphaya koko, yinyaniso enobunzululwazi ukuba ukupheka ngezinongo ezitsha kusoloko kukwenza kube bhetele kakhulu ukutya kwakho, utsho usomashishini wezezidlo owazalelwa eBotswana.

Okuvuzisa izinkcwe kusenziwa zizandla social media sensationꞌs (zikasaziwayo kumaqonga onxibelelwano oluntu kuya kukushiya ubawela okungaphezulu kwaye ngaxeshanye, ngokungaphandle kwayo yonke impumelelo yakhe, uthi usasele eyintombazana yasezifama entliziyweni yakhe.

Pheka iimithibholi njengoqeqeshelwe oko

Ukusebenza ngokutya yonke imihla, asinto iza njengesothuso ukuba yena engenako nakutya kwakhe akuthanda ngaphezu kokunye. Nakuba kunjalo, uyavuma ukuba uyakuthanda ukutya anokumana ecubunga kona. Uye wafunda ubugcisa bokudlala malunga neeresiphi zakhe.

“Abahlobo bam basoloko besithi, ‘NguNaledi, ocubungayo’. Ngoko ke, naziphi na izicubungo ezilula zamkelekile kum.”

Iimithibholi zifanelekile kwizicubungo, kwisidlo sosapho okanye nkqu nakwizikhaftina zelantshi. Zininzi iindlela zokupheka imithibholi enencasa. Uninzi lwabantu lubambelela kwindlela enye eqhelekileyo okanye kwisimbo sokupheka iimithiboli sokusoloko kusetyenziswa iindlela eziphindaphinda ngokuqhelekileyo. Endaweni yeetapile ezinetatshi uToona usebenzisa ibaby marrow.

UToona uthi ibaby marrow egreyithiweyo yongeza imo yaye iyindlela emangalisayo yokufihla imifuno kwabaneemfeketho ekutyeni. Zilunge kakhulu kwakhona ukuzifaka kwisikhenkcisi ukulungiselela ixesha umhla ozayo. 

Yenza iimithibholi ezisulungekileyo noshefu Naledi ngamanyathelo amathandathu nje kuphela alula.

Fumana iphetshana leendaba elingeeNcasa zeZidlo zaseMzansi:   Ukukhutshwa qho ngeveki kweeresipi ezirhalelekayo kunye neengcebiso ngeendlela zokuphila ezifumaneka lula. 

Ingredients

  • 500g iminsi mithi
  • Isiqingatha setswele, elinqunqwe ngokucokisiweyo
  • 2 amatispuni ezityalo ezinqunqwe ngokutsha (umz. ibasil)
  • 2.5 amatispuni eembuphu zesonka ezicokisiweyo
  • 1 iqanda, eliqhuqhiweyo
  • 2 amatispuni ebalsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 umnqathe obukhulu buphakathi, ogreyithiweyo
  • 1 umnqathe obukhulu buphakathi, ogreyithiweyo
  • Ityuwa
  • Ipepile

Instructions

IMIYALELO

1.      Beka isitovu kuPreheat kubushushu besitovu obungu180 °C.

2.     Xuba zonke izinongo, ngaphandle kwebalsamic glaze zibe kunye kwisitya esikhulu, yithi nzwenzwe ityuwa nepepile. 

3.     Yahlula lo mxube ube ziibhola ezimbhuntshuntshu ezilinganayo.

4.    Kancinane thambisa itreyi yokubhaka, okanye uyithsithsize iSpray and Cook. 

5.    Beka zonke iimithibholi kwitreyi yokubhaka. Bhakela kwisitovu imizuzu esi8 okanye zide zivuthwe ngokupheleleyo. 

6.    Zibeke ecaleni. Bengezelisa iimithibholi ngebalsamic glaze uziphake ngoko nangoko.
