The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) has been awarded top employer certification for the third consecutive year, reaffirming its reputation as a leader in creating a world-class working environment that prioritises excellence, innovation, and employee well-being.
This prestigious certification is conferred annually by the top employer institute (TEI), a global authority that recognises excellence in employee conditions. The award is based on a rigorous evaluation process, assessing human resource policies, procedures, and overall employee experience.
Dr Litha Magingxa, president and CEO of ARC, expressed his pride in the organisation’s continued success. “We are thrilled to receive this prestigious recognition for the third consecutive year. This clearly showcases the organisation’s dedication to creating a better world of work through excellent HR policies and people practices,” he said.

According to Joy Peter, senior marketing and communications manager, top employers institute evaluates organisations through its human resources best practices survey, which encompasses six HR domains and 20 focus areas, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity & inclusion, and well-being. This recognition highlights ARC’s ongoing efforts to enhance its people management practices and align itself with global industry standards.
Peter explained that globally, the top employers institute has certified and recognised 2,052 top employers across 121 countries and regions, spanning five continents. ARC’s inclusion among this elite group for the third year is a significant milestone and a testament to its commitment to fostering a thriving workplace culture.
